This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile game RoboRoute (“the App”, “the Game”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), developed by DAWID ZWOLIŃSKI "STAGWARE".

This document explains what information may be collected when you use the Game, how it is used, and what choices you have.

Important notice: RoboRoute is a single-player sci-fi puzzle game. The Game is designed to work fully offline and does not require account registration, internet access, in-app purchases, subscriptions, or advertisements.

1. Information We Collect

The Game does not require account registration and does not ask you to provide personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, physical address, photos, contacts, or precise location.

However, the Game may collect or process limited technical information, including:

Advertising ID;
Device ID or other device identifiers;
Crash data;
Diagnostics and technical performance data.

This information is used solely to help maintain app stability, identify technical issues, improve performance, and ensure compatibility with different devices and operating system versions.

2. No Account Registration

RoboRoute does not include user registration, login functionality, cloud accounts, or social sign-in. You can use the Game without creating or connecting an account.

3. Offline Functionality

RoboRoute is designed to function fully offline. The Game does not require an internet connection for gameplay, access to levels, game progress, robot skins, settings, or Daily Challenges.

Your gameplay progress is stored locally on your device. We do not provide cloud saving or online synchronization of game progress.

4. Advertising

The Game does not display third-party advertisements and does not use advertising networks to show ads inside the Game.

5. In-App Purchases

The Game does not include in-app purchases. We do not sell virtual currency, paid robot skins, subscriptions, premium upgrades, or other paid digital items inside the Game.

6. Third-Party Services

The Game does not use Firebase, AppMetrica, advertising networks, analytics SDKs, or other third-party services for advertising, analytics, user tracking, or crash reporting.

Limited diagnostic information may still be generated or processed through the operating system, device manufacturer, app store platform, or other services that are outside our direct control. Such providers process data according to their own privacy policies.

7. How We Use Information

Technical and diagnostic information may be used for the following purposes:

to monitor and improve the stability of the Game;
to detect, analyze, and fix crashes or technical problems;
to improve compatibility with different devices and operating system versions;
to maintain the security and proper operation of the Game;
to improve the overall technical quality of RoboRoute.

8. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.

We do not share your gameplay progress or personal information with advertising networks, data brokers, or marketing companies.

Technical information may be processed by the relevant platform provider, operating system, device manufacturer, or app distribution service where required for app delivery, security, crash handling, or technical support.

9. Data Retention

Technical and diagnostic data may be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to maintain the Game, investigate technical issues, improve stability, protect security, or comply with applicable legal obligations.

Local gameplay data remains on your device unless you delete the Game, clear its storage, or remove the data through your device settings.

10. Children’s Privacy

The Game is not intended to collect personal information directly from children. We do not knowingly collect names, contact details, precise location data, or other directly identifying information from children.

If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the Game, please contact us so that we can review the matter and take appropriate action.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information processed in connection with the Game. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
